Once applications are reviewed, prospective tenants are promptly informed of their application status. Approved applicants have the opportunity to secure the property with a deposit. If an applicant submits a deposit with their application and is later denied, their deposit is fully refunded, and the property is promptly relisted. When a deposit is placed by an approved applicant, the property is held and taken off the market.
