Meet the Team
Adam Hinman
President, Principal
Adam has a decade of experience managing acquisitions, rehab, stabilization, and disposition of residential, commercial, and multifamily portfolios. He focuses on new processes and technologies to improve investor returns and rental experiences. He holds degrees from the University of Georgia and Emory University and serves as co-chair for NARPM Atlanta’s legislative committee.
John Hinman
Founder, Principal
John founded Vision in 1978 after running an insulation business. He later focused on real estate investment and property management. He holds degrees from Berry College and the University of West Georgia. He is active in Kiwanis and Solarize Carrollton.
Austin Gore

Ben Ginther
Special Projects
Ben joined Vision in 2016 as Director of Owner Services. He now leads cross-department projects and process improvements. He holds a degree in Mass Communication from the University of West Georgia.
Christopher Christmas
Account Manager
Christopher is an Account Manager and Leasing Specialist with a background in business administration. He focuses on outreach, lead generation, and client retention. He balances career achievement with family life as a parent of three.
Conradine Powell
Underwriting Specialist
Conradine manages background checks, documentation, and communication with applicants. She also oversees annual renewals and fosters relationships with residents and owners.
David Hernandez
Property Manager
David manages short-term rental portfolios, coordinating teams and vendors. With a background in law enforcement, he brings calm leadership and strong organizational skills. He enjoys BJJ, Formula 1, and family time.

McKayla Phelps
Business Development Manager
McKayla works with property owners and investors on strategy and performance. She has experience in development, construction, and investment real estate. She enjoys flipping homes, traveling, and time with her pets.
RéLana Gomez
Director of Operations
RéLana has a background in logistics and operations leadership. She focuses on scalable systems and team development. Outside of work, she enjoys renovating spaces, traveling, and running.
Rolene Evans
Bookkeeper
Rolene records income and expenses, reconciles accounts, and manages bookkeeping duties. She enjoys nature, the beach, and riverside retreats.
Rory Wojcik
Vice President
Rory’s background spans urban planning, startups, and marketing. He oversees property management operations, focusing on systems, collaboration, and partnerships. He enjoys live music, cooking, and family time.
Sam Orozco
Collections Specialist
Samuel specializes in resident services, collections, and documentation. He enjoys grilling, cooking, camping, and road trips.
