Collecting Rent For Your Investment

Our tenants enjoy several convenient rent payment options, including secure online payments through their tenant portal, making it easier than ever to stay on track with rent.

We prioritize consistent rent collection to protect your cash flow. Residents enjoy multiple convenient payment options—including secure online payments through their tenant portal—which promotes on-time payments and reduces delinquency.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month, with a five-day grace period. After the 5th, late fees apply, and our team proactively reaches out to the resident. If payment has not been received by the 10th, we promptly begin the dispossessory process to prevent delays and protect your income. Our approach is firm, fair, and fully aligned with the lease and state law.

We process payments as they come in and disburse owner funds on the 10th of each month (or the next business day if the 10th falls on a weekend). If rent for a property has not been received at disbursement time, we notify the owner immediately with a status update and next steps. Any payments collected after the 10th are disbursed in the following month.

Owner payments are sent via secure direct deposit, providing reliable, predictable monthly income and full transparency through your owner portal.
